Two well silvered concave mirrors are made. The top mirror has a 1.5 inch unsilvered hole so that light can escape. A penny is placed at the bottom of the bottom mirror. When the top mirror rests on the bottom mirror, the final image rests on the surface of the clear hole. The mirrors must have the correct curvature and separation to get the final image in the desired location.
