Steam engine.
PIRA: Unknown
The water in the boiler is electrically heated. A steam whistle is fitted to the top of the boiler. When enough pressure is built up, it will run a fly-wheel. The fly-wheel can be connected to a electric generator by a belt. The output of the generator produces enough electricity to light a small bulb.
