Image with a concave mirror.
PIRA: Unknown
A long filament light bulb is placed in front of a concave mirror at a distance from the mirror greater than the focal point. An image is formed on a screen at some other discrete distance from the mirror. The relation between the object distance and image distance may be determined. The linear magnification and inversion of the image may be shown. The light source may next be moved inside the focal point and one can show that no real image can be formed.
